jump then crouch in the air, let go of crouch before you hit the pole and press jump at the EXACT time you land... done right you will hop straight off, if you can master that, you will easily knock a good 2 seconds off your time atleast

to wallboost run parallel to the object you want to wallboost off and jump before it then look towards the object and jump again and while in the air turn towards the direction you want to go. the timing is very hard, especially on that pole but he also did it at the beginning instead of a wallrun

yes, on pc are many cheaters. You can notice them by looking at the av. Speed or the Distance. Sometimes the av. Speed is like 15km/h whereas a time which is 20 secs slower has an av. Speed of 28km/h...
