If the child can survive outside the womb (more than 60% chance) do an early delivery. But if it is an ectopic pregnancy (one in the fallopian tubes) or too early for the child to have a chance outside then there should be an abortion. Also if the child will be born with multiple disabilities and won't have a good life.

I think that if we can kill babys that ARE alive then we could have the right to kill anyone it is the same concept you are killing both living things!

The death penalty is for people who have killed, or some other great crime. Do you mind telling me what a baby has done to deserve that? And by the way, I don't like the death penalty either.

i personally like the death penalty, also i think convicted pedophiles should get the death penalty, and as for your question, a fetus cant commit a crime, but i dont believe abortion is murder unless its close to being born, but like i said before, i dont mind being called a murderer for my beliefs

it depends, if she could love me as if i wasnt an accident then yes, if she treated me like i was crap and couldnt look me in the aye without thinking about her atacker, then no, being raped then having the atackers child could traumatize the woman, and severely damage her relationship with the child, and like i said before she should have the choice, we dont have the right to dictate peoples lives like that, so i believe it should be her choice, abortion is a bad choice but its still her choice

let me clarify my beliefs,i believe that if a woman gets pregnant by the stupid decision of not having her partner wearing protection, then she should have the child unless carrying the baby would endanger her life, but if she got pregnant through the act of rape (which i know isn't common) then the choice of getting an abortion should be completely up to the mother, and you might say put it up for adoption, but forcing her to carry that baby to term would be as bad as raping her yourself

It's not her freedom I'm talking about, it's the life of the unborn child. It's not the big government smart one. Government's job is to protect as much freedom, while infringing on as little as possible. In this case, someone's life outweighs any freedom lost by the mother.
