i love how they cut to her film clip. its like saying we know this is boring... she looks gorgeous but she sings wrong notes and therefore is not really a singer... a singer by definition has mastered using their voice as would any master of any instrument... there are times when she is out of tune with her backing track which is doing a lot of the singing for her (in such an easy song not to mention)

@kashiaroundtheworld She can definitely sing and is one of the few talents of her age who can. Can you dance like that and sing at the same time? In todays' pop market it's not just about the voice it's also the performance, and she has got it for sure. I'd be interested in who you think is much better than this in the pop world? Beyonce? Christina? Katy Perry ha ha no chance.

its not a matter of opinion &whether I can sing or not makes no difference as to whether SHE is in pitch or not.. I do have perfect pitch aurally (not vocally) but any tuner could tell you she sings flat at times. although she does have great quality and emotion when she sings. believe it or not i actually like her. but when someone sings flat they sing flat. whitney houston in her prime is a good example pitch, quality, and in general, vocal use but there are plenty of others =)

also another thing i like about alexis jordan is that although she does still sings flat her voice is improving through hard work.. if you look at more recent videos her vocal performances are better, whic im really happy about. as i said i like her but you cant be a "singer" adn sing flat =). Pitch is something that any NON tone deaf person can work on and she obviously is so thats good.. but here she does hit wrong notes... thats not opinion its fact. i hope she keeps getting better:)

oh and to sing and dance the same time is super hard... and i understand you need to leave room for breathing and being puffed out BUT there are great entertainers that could still hit their notes with strength. michael jackson was freakishly good at it (prelipsyching days) here /watch?v=r_uyupGwE4g ... some of her notes are spectacular (cuz she has such a beautiful tone) but then there are other notes like 0:37 i mean one bum note is ok but constant pitch problems cannot make a singer

/watch?v=hvDVdVmWP88 this one is WAAAY better =) theres a few wonky notes like her second yeeah.. and at 127 and at 135 and 242 but .. i think she is gaining much better vocal training.. and her bigger notes are way better.. ill wait for better performances.. HAVING SAID all of this I recognise that as a youngster she has done pretty damn well for sure.. feel free to send me more stuff of hers that you think is good =)
