Normally I would say don't be so judgmental of someone with a speech impediment. That their diction and delivery of words does not make them any less of a respectable, hard working and honest human being. I would say there have been many great leaders throughout time with minor quarks that did not effect the quality of their leadership. Sadly I cant say that now.
