    That can vary, hopefully it does not take much time. We understand it is no fun being without your knife!

  • I tightened the nut but it didn't help, mine doesn't have any red on the safety switch. I'd love to have the newer version.

  • My Flash II is the older version, the spring is bad and the blade is loose. The warranty is great as long as you make the drive and pay to have it shipped and are willing to wait 1 month to get it back. Are they that backed up with fixing defective knives ?

    Sorry for your knife troubles. You should be able to tighten up the blade by adjusting the nut. As far as the spring, yes, we can fix it. Springs do not last forever, they all have a life expectancy but we still cover them in our warranty and fix quite a few.
