Omg I think this is the best sonic ever. It had the best music and story and no body got to play it since sega cd sucked n flopped. My friend had it and I got to play it once or twice for 5mins I wish it were cheaper :( I'm seriously considering a jailbreak since I've spent thousands on iPod and customer support wants to charge$ fuck off apple died with Steve :(

Why do these games never come to android!!!?? I mean i have an ipad2 but still, it's nice to be able to play these games on the go. Android market needs more games!
@kalvort Once there are more gaming capable Androids in the market it might be considered worthwhile to release side-by-side with iOS... until then it's a matter of watching and waiting :(
@AppSpy guess what you can buy sonic cd for the android market. im so pumped! i have the origional along with a sega cd so im definatley getting this version
@AppSpy Not just that, it's more about the market actually. All developers know that iOS users are more cashed up and willing to buy for content than Android users who want everything for free, that's why you'd see many Android apps offered cheaper or for free while the iOS is paid, eg. Whatsapp
I wish there was some sort of "snap on" 30 pin or bluetooth controller for the iPhone and iPod Touch. I know a few exist, but they are strictly for use with specific "arcade collection" type apps. If there was only a dedicated controller, that app makers could all create button assignments for, still having traditional touch controls as an option of course. I feel that with such a thing, ios could become a viable gaming platform, for more than just casual gamers.

What comes to certainty the Mega Drives controller was never the most reliable controllers to begin with. Its round d-pad raffled the direction from any of the nearest directions that player chose and had clear tendency to favor half-cardinal point over compass point. I might prefer to use one of those external blue tooth iPhone controllers over to touch screen, but if I managed to play Sonic with Mega Drive controllers, its not too hard to play it on touch screen.
@varoennauraa Eh - I bought third party controllers because the defaults weren't all that great. Actually unless I'm mistaken the six-button controllers had a slightly better d-pad, but even still... custom all the way :)
@Lerandir Tongue Tied will have its review up in 6 hours - GTA3 will have to wait I'm sorry to say... as mentioned below I'm a bit crippled by the Australian release :(

Not really relevant to this video but wow, I cannot believe that the GTA 3 Anniversary Edition for I Devices is censored in Australia.... so disappointed with the Australian Classification Board, they really need to get their act together and draft legislation for an R18+ classification!
@Nubcake33 Agreed.... im Australian and this is an outrage for the aus government not doing anything about it... they have talks here and there but not a major vocal point sadly..
@Nubcake33 No way that's gonna happen with Labour in charge. Conroy even wants to filter our internet the way China and Iran do. The reasons? Child pornography and other inappropriate materials, but everyone in the IT world knows that's impossible to achieve.
What's possible to achieve is censoring materials government don't want you to see (just like China and Iran). So don't expect too much, we're probably in for a much worse censorship.

In my opinion out of all the Sonic apps Sonic CD was my favorite. Simply because it ran the smoothest and never crashed on me.
