  • does squating wih the feet closer together like that helping to train more for power in catching and raising the clean? I allways understood to front squat to train for the catch and do a wider stance in back squat to improve flexability and power from the hip flexors. I never ask question like this on youtube but I was amazed by your form on that popular 352 lb powerclean vid
