  • guys i'm german and I love bavaria.

  • Yay! I'm glad you do! I don't understand why Bavarians would ever not want to be called German! Three cheers for Germany!!

  • best beer in the world. Purely natural; no garbage chemicals common in many other countries brew.

    Prost! :)

  • That's not Germany - it's Bavaria xD

  • indeed it is Bavaria

  • yes but the most germans dont like bavaria so much ^^

It´s because, bavaria is SO MUCH different to the rest of germany.

  • @00Hendrik00 Yes, we are better! ;D lol

  • @WKalpha My boyfriend says the same thing whenever I say he's German. He's always saying "No, I'm Bavarian."

  • @BriTeeDubs the bavarians are the only german tribe who dont want to integrate themself in the german nation, everyone did, the saxons, swabians, hessians, frisians and much more, but the bavarians are a hopeless case :D

  • The history of the unification of Germany is complicated. Prussia unified Germany, and Bavarians, by and large, hate Prussians. Historically, Bavaria was an ally of Austria and lost several wars to Prussia, so that's why they hate them. Saxony was annexed outright by Prussia, and became a part of their kingdom. But Bavaria was allowed to retain some of its independence, which is partly why they still think of themselves as an independent nation. To this day, most Bavarians still prefer Austria.

  • @WKalpha well even two years later i still have to say it may be bavarian but its still german. thats like saying its not american its virginian. i used to live in bavaria but i definitely lived in germany.

  • Sounds like latin music...
