I bought from scooter depot and my bike showed up with a speedometer that doesn't work and a seat latch which doesn't work. The first response I got when I called their service department was to just try reconnecting the speedometer and then to just "pull harder" on the latch. This advice was useless. Now they won't even return my email inquires or phone calls. I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people, they are not honest.
