  • i wish there was a model of this car that had the 72 taillights and a 73 grill and hood.

  • @triynizzles respectfully disagree. I like the 70-72s but the 73 is a hot chick with bad teeth ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @triynizzles : Me neither I like the factory piece. You couldn't afford a real one anyway- 8^ D he he.

  • very nice, im starting to really love mopar

  • nice

  • FORSALE: CALL 203 556-3633.

  • Damn Nice Duster i had a 72 with a little 318 in it. I bet that 440 moves it along pretty quick.

  • Wow that sounds just like my Rav4

  • Big Deal? I got a 1986 Nissan Truck D-21-D With a 2.4 Z motor. Eat Shit and die!

  • @900Sunshine grow balls and drive american.....is 2.4 the liter???

  • LOOKS GREAT ENJOY IT.

Im getting 16 out of my 198 /6 73 duster

  • sounds sooooo sexy

  • MIKE - I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!

  • @dcastine Thanks Dave. Mopars are Way Cool !!!

  • I agree Get some Fucking Chrome Bumpers Idiots

  • @shiznitbitslap = GIANT Moron.

  • Did this car sell yet??

  • is this on pump gas?

  • Sweet sounding A-Body, still for sale??

  • This car is beautifulllll

    Mopar or no carr

  • Having owned one of these cars, I wish Chrysler would have done more with the interior. The exterior deserves a better driving environment on the inside.

  • @robkal56 These cars were mid level muscle cars. They were priced for the little guy to get in on the fun. Some of todays cars have cheap interiors too. Take a look at the new camaros chincy interior, Personally I'd rather have the old stuff than spend 40-50k on new that's worth 1/2 when you sign the sales sheet.

  • very nice ford eater there, from lil rhody

  • Get ralleys on that thing, and the 340 grill plus some chrome on them bumpers.also ralley gauge dash, with the right hood scoops. Then it will be PERFECT

  • @MFP1520 What for? This the way the factory should have built them. With a 440 or a Hemi

  • @VitaminC440 i know a 426 duster would be something to fear that's why they probably dident make em they would truly own the street!

  • @tito0131 Well as usual Uncle Sam stepped in at that time and killed these fine autos like this one shown here. Back then these muscle cars were the "cash for clunkers" of that period. The government does some really stupid sh!t. While they help new car dealers sell some new cars. They Fu%ked the aftermarket who depend on those used parts, and many went under because of their gross error. The current genius's on capital hill are piloting our country right into the titanic's iceberg @ 100 mph.

  • @tito0131 but they made a 68 hemi dart and 'cuda . Just as rad, they had acid dipped sheet metal and window nets and a disclaimer from the factory againt drag racing ... no shit !!!

  • @KISSARMYHQ True, the only A bodies were 80 Hemi darts built by Hurst Performance, Try and find a real one today that has not been beat in to pile of sh!t. They are worth some serious dough. The B and E bodies are still a fortune to purchase if they are cloned. The advent of Barret Jackson auctions has shot these prices out of the reach of most. That is why clones are the rage now.

  • @VitaminC440 well my opinion is from experience, among the cars I've owned was a 67 Firebird that was bought with a Chevy straight six in place of the factory overhead cam Pontiac six, which I pulled and replaced with H/O '67 400 with a tri power borrowed from a '66 goat, turbo 400, chevy 12 posi with 3:90 gears . Had the 400 hood with hood tach . Painted porche guards red . Centerlines etc . Blew close to 12k on her. People loved it but it bugged the hell outta me .... cherry dustpan though !

  • that Duster is just perfect!

  • the 4 people who don't like this its because they wish they had a mopar as awesome as this one =D

  • @tito0131

    VERY TRUE!

  • I see you live in Connecticut. Nice car. I live in Bethany CT . I'm putting together a 70 Gold Duster with a 440. My plan is to keep all the Gold Duster decals, the vinyl roof and all. No 440 insignia and if possible a flat hood. going to use a 727 so I can keep the bench seat and column shift. I have a 67 440 with 906s completely balanced and professionally assembled with forged flat tops. I'm hoping it'll run mid 11s. Where do you cruise? I'd love to see the car. Do you race it, where?

  • hmmm, he might be trying to compensate for something... lol jk, im just jealous. nice ride dude :)

  • @1eriku

Dude, lay off the dope you sound like one.

  • Art!!!

  • That is one bad ass machine!

  • hermoso duster, me podrias decir cuanto le invertiste en dinero, cual es el nombre del color y que marca y el tipo de rines y las medidas, gracias saludos desde mexico

  • Simply amazing this car gives me shivers. Massively Over Powered And Respected, a.k.a, MOPAR!!!

  • ditch the flex fan and put on an electric! more power or Mopar!

  • Stereo not required.

I could listen to that all day.

  • Damn sexy

  • You should look at my dads. We restored it. I dont like the pain on this one though.

  • So was this like a response to the chevy nova? that's what it always reminded me of.

  • I'm a huge Ford fan but this is a beautiful car

  • nice twister

  • You have a very beautiful and exciting American muscle car. 10 ********** !!!!!!!!

  • just a few comments, The dart style scoop fits on a 70 hood with the center ridge on the hood? Not really a comment but this car is the car I all ways wanted to build for the last 20+ years. 70 or 71 with duster twister side stripes but the 340 emblem substituted with the 440 emblem. Nice to see someone else did it, cool.

  • nice duster i have a 72 duster planning on droping in a 440 as soon as it gets nice just wondering what color paint chip that is i love that color.

  • NICE!!!! I didn't see many with the 440 - there were lots of 340's tho. That's real sweet!!!

  • Nice Duster. I would put the 'cheese grater' grill on it and change the painted bumpers to chrome. But hey its not mine. Also love the torque thrusts. Put some aluminum heads on it and take 60 lbs off the nose.

  • @kanukster Any time you want to toss me 3 grand to do that by all means..

  • Comment removed

  • @VitaminC440 Only if I get to ride shot gun!

  • these were NASTY cars in high school. I always cringed at one when it pulled up next to my Mach 1. I could NOT beat one in a race try as I might!!

  • Thats been my dream car for 8 years

  • Ya, Car is in CT.

  • Car is For Sale.

  • whats the exact color chip of your car i need to get my 74 duster painteed and i like your orange

  • Fuk-Ya; always liked Dusters!!!!

  • It's hard to get those sounds from an American car nowadays, there's no way a Japanese car will.

    Not trying to be rude.

  • hell it doesnt matter s you think you're beingrude or not, pazthepenguin. you're obviously being honest! haha go MOPAR.

  • whats you wheel&tire combo??

  • American Racing TQ Thrusts 15x4 15x8

  • very nice car look amazing and really clean

  • i really love this car. i love the ol 440 too

  • i dont think ill ever understand what the attraction on paintin chrome is all about. But every1 has there own opinion an whatnot. either way that orange looks great on this car an it sounds sweet!

  • yeah well when running headers they are also known as HEADER gaskets.! lol.

  • that was my point! lol

  • Great paint job...

  • how much horsepower?

  • Rt header gasket is blown-read the title...

  • Check your mail... =)

  • djmonast<<<

  • jkl';ljkldd dsk;l thats just my key board screwing up after i drooled on it

  • very tight. Ahh goodbye hooker fenderwells!

    I had a orig 70 swinger 340 with a 440 in it. (in my vids)"440 vs 440"

  • hello please tell me what paint? color?

is it dupont chromabase or hot hues?

  • I will have to check. I have some paint but I don't know the origin of it.

  • The Paint application is BASF.I don't have the color chart though.

  • looks hugger orange

maybe house of colors could mix you up some hugger orange or very simular i have a hugger orange custom 74 flh harley without the racks no bags or faring and straight pipes and a total ss kit to bump it up max not the lil ss kit shes a thud and is and eye stopped with hugger orange with ghost writing and ghost flames but all in all without seeing it in person i would think hugger so check that shade out

  • It's very close to Mopar Vitamin C/Go Man-go. It has pearl in it.Hugger orange has more red in it and does not any have pearl.

  • Do you have any videos of burnouts if not u should post some

    d

  • I'm looking for factory duster seats and a few other items. Let me know what you have. Thanks Vc

  • Horsepower Profiles. Com

    Brag A Little

  • Any thoughts on selling ? I have a red 67' Dart convertible I am looking to trade up or down for a big block a-body.....

  • Fantastic. Love the color. I'm going witha similar setup. 440 auto with the vitamin c but with a Sox and Martin black stripe

  • nice car i have a 1973 duster and im getn ready to restore it i was think n about lime green but tat looks alot better

  • No No my freind go with the classic duster color dark purple think about it.

  • the orange i belive is called "go mango" but thats if its stock. just thuoght id let u kno :)

  • It's Vitamin C Orange. Factory Mopar color.

  • they did make go mango though, u can get it on the new chargers as well, green if i remeber was sublime lime.

  • This car is just flat out Bad Ass. I myself have a 1970 Duster/360 with a half assed Lime Green paint job. This clip has me itching for a similar color scheme. Is that the real "Vitamin C" finish, or something similar?

  • haha thats not a 440 cause when u put a big block in a a-body u have to cut peices out of the fender well and the headers come up and back thrugh the fender wells down and under the car. DUMBASS

  • You might be on to something here. I know that people put big blocks in A-Body cars all the time without much problem, but this guy probably decided it would be cool to try and trick everyone. A friend of mine put a 440 in a 69 Dart, but he keeps it a secret so people will stop telling him he can't do that. But the nerve of this guy trying to pass that puny sounding 318 for a 440? It's a good thing smart people like you and me are onto him.

  • Yes it's all smoke and mirrors. BTW genius the 440 is actually .030 over so what ci would it be now?-LOL

  • Well I can't find the article I read it in but i have a mean 360 in my 71 duster bored .030 and that brought it up to a 427 ci. So that would mean an increase of 67 ci so that would make it like a 507 CHECK OUT MY VIDEOS(360duster first start

  • it's impossible to arrive at 427 by a .030 overbore!!! impossible! take a 350 cehvy for example with a .030 overbore it displaces 355 cu.inches! so the 440 wit ha .030 overbore is actually 445 cu.inches and the 360 with teh same overbore dispalces 365 cu inches!

  • Not with an just .030 overbore. You need a custom stroked crankshaft in conjunction to attain that displacement.

  • exactly i had a 383 stroker it was a 350block but it had a crank for a 383

    it got 400 horses

  • What are you talking about Chevy? Mopar never had a 350..

  • Actually Mopar did make a "Super red ram" 350 back in the late 50s I think.

  • LOL where did you learn your skills Pinks Drag high school?

I'm running frame hugger headers you tool.

  • TTI actually does offer under chassis headers for B/RB engine A Body setups.

  • OMG!!!!

It looks gr8 and I have to say it's mean !!!!

    Good work boys!

  • thanks guy!

  • I like people who restore these old cars they are a piece of history.

  • That thing is bad ass!!!!! That thing looks nice too, in excellent condition.

  • 440 on a Duster? O_o

Damn, this car kicks ass for good!!!))

  • what year is that 71 72 or 73

  • WOW! I really have to upload some videos of mine soon, but this car is a Killer!

I have two so one of them is getting a 440 one day!

  • sure is perty

  • OMG...Get me a towel.

    That car is BAD ASS.

My mom used to have a fury with the 440..she said even the corvettes were afraid of it...So that must mean that with your smaller car and that Gigantic huge Moper under that hood that it must be one Bad ass scary ride!...Rock on man great car!

  • MOPAR FTW! nice car

  • Nice all around!! Great choice of colors.....

Mine is orange also but with a 340 ...check it out.

    Mopar or no car!!!!

  • Heh...yeah...I hear the tickety tickety noise from that silly gasket.

I'm curious about what kind of mods you had to take care of before mounting that big rascal 440 in there.

  • That 440 fits in there really nicely, so nice that it almost looks like it came from the factory with a bigblock. Nice work

  • That's bad to the bone! I like your choice of rims

  • painted bumpers, is that original?

  • Really nice car. Mopar to Ya!
