Every man and woman have contributed to the world and its creations. But to answer your question, Egyptians were the first to actually build ships according to that which is known. Even before Noah built the famous Ark. Egyptians were the first to even think of designing and creating one. Where do you think Egypt is? Yes, you can say whatever you want no matter how foolish or hurtful to Blacks. Because you have a white grandfather has no bearing on whether Blacks can or can't be racist. A Black person picks out a white person to commit a crime on based on the white persons skin color or some concieved stereotype such as a white person is weak and will not fight back, then that Black person is committing an act of racism.

4)...Challenge those who are. This is why the entire world is suspicious of ALL of them because the unjust amongst them are permitted to represent the entire group when they act with impunity. I understand where you're coming from, but you can't permit certain "unjust" individuals to represent an entire group, especially a group as large and diverse as "whites." It's no better than when it happens to nonwhites.

Using color to depict ethnicity is a "white" creation. Therefore, if "whites" never called Africans "black"(or other actions) there wouldn't be a "black" Muslim (or other results). No, I'm pretty sure both the Africans and the Europeans were shocked to see such differences in skin tone. I think both groups used color to identify the other, not just the Europeans ("whites").

I own a copy of the book, but the bit about who Bell's husband was and why her daughters were sold off was made up for the miniseries. I know that was the reason she never saw them again since it was normal practice back in the day to sell off your slave's children should the former wind up "damaged" (lynched).
