Do the lyrics of this song have a meaning? I've been trying to find out if she is a describing a situation; I mean on the last part she says "I saw you calling on the phone" " I saw you calling to the door" " I saw you falling on the floor"

All that with "you are hiding underneath the smoke in the room", and i thought there was like a fire and the guy comes to save her and he ends up dead-
