@crewgirl123 It's kinda hard though when the weight restrictions hinder putting on the kind of muscle you need to row though :P You can't have a theory of "we've gotta have a light cox for racing" and "coxes should be able to row properly", cos you can't row to the same standard if you're like 5'7 and only weigh like 115 pounds (I say this as a fellow cox btw)

This is pretty funny but somewhat insulting to coxes that are this size and similar experience rowing (like 3 hrs tops in a seat) who are good at rowing. After watching guys row for so long you learn how to row yourself. and occasionally getting in a seat, you get better fast. These coxes are pitiful. Every good cox should know how to row perfect just without the power. Otherwise they are good coxes.
