@Renji642 Nice work, well done. Yeah backwards is definitely harder. For me I have go back straight away without thinking about it. I can't just stand there and go backwards I have to do the forward one first.
@FearlessxTaco360 Well I'm out of ideas for advice then. When you say you have tight ligaments, I guess that's just another way of saying you have lost some flexibility. Everyone is born with the ability to squat. Just look at any baby playing at ground level, they always squat, you don't really see a baby with one foot forward and the other back with the knee on the ground like most adults do in western countries.
@CrosetezAsfalt Cheers mate. I wouldn't know how to do a tutorial. It's just something I've been able to do since I was a kid. One thing I think may help though for leg strength, flexibility, balance, and core strength is one legged squats. It's quite sad how many people in western countries can't even squat all the way to the ground flat footed. I would guess that most people who can jump through their own leg, can do a one legged squat all the way to the ground.

I can't squat flat footed but I can do this. I'm only 14 but I have tight ligaments thats why a can't squat
