I read the Wikipedia article on this Ira Rennert. Sounds like a bad guy. He should be ran out of the country for the things he's done. When I saw his house, I thought to myself that's got to be a crook- and that was before I read the article.
get your facts straight. Ira Rennert house is over 100 thousand square feet, were are you coming up with this 43000 sq.ft home. not even close. if you dont know what your talking about shut up. I worked on this home/hotel whatever you want to call it and its rediculous. no one needs a home of this size. what do you need with 35 bathrooms. how many people are in your home shitting at the same time.
The owner of this obscenity passing as a "home" is a bad guy. As one of the world's worst private polluters, industrialit Ira Rennert has caused great suffering to those unlucky to be living in areas he exploits for profit. This mansion is a shameless display of decadence and should be haunted by the souls of all those children whose lives have been destroyed by this man's greed.

I highly doubt his is anything new or special. Fortress for what I dunno, but not new type construction. Just tax payers dollars at work
