@DARVGH1 You are partly wrong and I'm totaly wrong. the Sassanid empire ended 651 (shortly after medieval beginns in which AOE2 takes place) until then middle persian was the dominant language. So it makes sense that they speak new persian in AOE2.

As all the pharahos are supposed to be related with gods, Ramses II called him self a compltetly god. And the Abu Simbel is the temple he made for him. I also love Egyptian history. I also like to know about Alexander, because he conqueted all the world that was known in that moment that was from Macedonia, to Egypt and India. And he died when he was 32!
