That wouldn't have been an effective strategy on a political level, as it would be more or less breaking alliances with all the other Allied nations. I once had Operation Flashpoint 1st and GoldenUpgrade. i liked GoldenUpgrade more cuz there were new campaing and stuff... But back to the point : The 1st Op. Flashpoint was awsome-- u could drive/fly everything, although graphics were bad , but Idea was GREAT. So if 1st one was so good, what will be the second one ?
Hopefully they fixed the AI problem that was in Dragon Rising, because i love the game concept as a whole. the fact that it is so realistic when it comes to attack methods as far as air stikes and mortar fire etc. puts it way above COD in my book. Everyone is saying this game is going to flop, but I really hope it dosent, because whoever wins online will be determined by who as more skill and can outmaneuver their enemy as opposed to who can hit the button faster, like in COD.

I once had Operation Flashpoint 1st and GoldenUpgrade. i liked GoldenUpgrade more cuz there were new campaing and stuff... But back to the point : The 1st Op. Flashpoint was awsome-- u could drive/fly everything, although graphics were bad , but Idea was GREAT. So if 1st one was so good, what will be the second one ?

Hopefully they fixed the AI problem that was in Dragon Rising, because i love the game concept as a whole. the fact that it is so realistic when it comes to attack methods as far as air stikes and mortar fire etc. puts it way above COD in my book. Everyone is saying this game is going to flop, but I really hope it dosent, because whoever wins online will be determined by who as more skill and can outmaneuver their enemy as opposed to who can hit the button faster, like in COD.

@Oasistudios Yeah, America entered WWI late. It wasn't our war, but we fought it anyways. And then we did it again in WWII. Yes it was the smart thing to do, because Hitler would have attacked America himself eventually. Not to mention, Europe just let him take a ton of territory because it's leaders were too naive and optimistic to believe he'd actually declare war, even though his plan was clearly to do so.
I have incredible respect for England for holding Germany off for as long as they did

@joshqui420 I'll admit, my knowledge of the Revolutionary war isn't as great as I would like so I expect your correct, but as for WWII, the war in Europe was over by the time the bombs were dropped, the reason why the bombs were dropped was to show the soviets that you still had some power, even though you had sustained stupidly heavy casualties in most of your battles.
