@daimyosama correct. Actually, there are multiple energy centers in the body. But in the program this animation is related to (Sunrise Tai Chi) we focus on only the upper and lower to simplify the concept for beginners. If you can feel those two centers, the others will harmonize naturally.
Evidently there are not many among you, who have made many of these comments, that understand any of these Positive forms of energy 'practice'. So much negativity is not conducive to any positive energy work, but only breeds more negativity. this is also known as kundalini, entering the spirit realm through your third eye, if you dont believe in that then u just dont know the reality you live in.
