I have to correct a few BIG mistakes you have made here.

1. God took on the form of a man to come to this earth for the sole purpose of laying His life down as a sacrifice so that through faith in Him, we could be saved.

Jesus could have stopped what was happening to Him at any moment, but He didn't because He knew without His death, there would be no remission of sins.
