Big problem with the subprime loan mess is that people who obtained loans purchased homes in which they were unable to maintain. I agree that some people need help and I support public housing (provided the person works or is looking for work!) however just throwing money and forcing banks to lend to high risk lenders destroyed this country.

Acorn is representative of the attitude of American blacks... They want the government to provide them welfare from cradle to death. so they can stay home have babies and eat junk food until their asses are broad as a barn. The U.S. should have been shipped blacks to Africa after the civil war this would have saved American's trillions of dollars & a lot of grief. Remember Acorn is Obamas favorite organization as their former attorney.

Why are these people walking the street and not in Jail for breaking into private property. She signed a contract to pay a set amount for that house she did not pay so it is not her house.

Donna Hanks initially purchased her home (315 South Ellwood, Baltimore, MD 21224) on 7/06/2001 for $87,000. She re-fi'd in 2005 for $270,000, went into bankruptcy in 2006, this was the 2nd foreclosure. The $300 a month was actually $340 a month she agreed to re-pay as she was over $10,000 behind in her payments. The house was sold in July 08, they couldn't get her out until September 08 after not paying anything for over a year. Poor, poor victim!!!!

Thank you so much for the real story not the bullshit the left puts out as "tragedy" its like that so much ...just like Mike J Fox not taking his meds so he shook more then normal to make a point. They think its ok to lie or omit the truth...anything for you to see it in a jaded manner.
