Fuck is a versatile word. It doesn't necessarily denote anything in particular. However penis completely refers to a male body part and it conjures images of said part.
You guys crack me up. I personally loved Superbad (I'm 21 so maybe it was a little more applicable to me). I like what you, Lorenzo, said, that the movie paints the picture of high school, sex-obsessed teens coming of age with "no sugar coating." Yes, I can see how a person's good sense would be insulted by much of the content in this movie, but in being so honest, and portraying this type of story so clearly, it allows those of us who have been through it to sit back and have a good laugh.
ummm, both of them have been in the movie industry for a while, im sure they know how to sell something to an audience. They are probably playing up the fact that they are old. Its not offensive to think that this is a funny concept.
I saw the movie and it reminded me of when I was in grade 7. A time when you start to put all the rumours about adult life together and find out what it is really like, the dispelling of myths and the incarnation of truths. While all along realizing you are taken for granted by the adult (real) world and everyone in that world is living in there own little world not really caring about those around them. It was a very sad time for me.

I saw the movie and it reminded me of when I was in grade 7. A time when you start to put all the rumours about adult life together and find out what it is really like, the dispelling of myths and the incarnation of truths. While all along realizing you are taken for granted by the adult (real) world and everyone in that world is living in there own little world not really caring about those around them. It was a very sad time for me.

A time when learning really begins and you find out that half of everything you were taught or thought to be real is just bullshit and fairy tales. In writing this response it has reminded me of my own experience, 13 years of yearning, to be the gallant white knight that the beautiful fair maiden falls in love with. It began in kindergarten and ended when I turned 18 I'm now 52.

And she's right the F. word is constantly repeated but it really means "ruin", "good grief", "oh bother", "for Pete's sake", "damb", "whoops" etc., etc., etc.. And I distinctly remember that word being used by myself and my piers repetitively when I was 12 to 15 years old.

These two are so sweet. Can I adopt them? However, I'd like to see them offer more of an overall viewpoint on the movie first and then to go into small details like this word or that word. I'll be interested in all their YouTube work though, since they do offer honest, intelligent points of view.

do cover both ends which i think american pie took a much better approach at the teenage emotions with sex while holding the point that it doesnt always have to end in taking every pice of tail that walks by i do think that the video is worth watching if your in the right age group and over all they did a great job of making it entertaining to the audiance they where selling to

Just some of my own opinions on the movie i agree that it doesnt really have a message in it at all but it seems most 'teenage targeting' films dont have much morals to the storys A trend started by National Lampoon then picked up by American Pie and now carrying on to various new writers vulgar content rather than moral story lines and plots seems to be whats selling in the video production buiessness these days some videos

I enjoyed this very much. I haven't actually seen the movie yet. But I'll take a look. I find it interesting that the lady in this movie bases so much of her opinion on what things are apparently more offensive to women in the film, but seems to love the excessive use of the word penis. As far as "blow-jobs" go...GENTLEMEN don't ask, but ARE willing to get on THEIR knees.

The message in the movie would have to be how true friendship is when it really comes down to it. cuz if you paid attention to the ending, they become best friends again and all. and no, there was no homosexual tension at the end, it was just them being really good friends. trust me, I know REALLY TRUE FRIENDSHIP! try being friends with the guy next door from age 2. It's been 13 YEARS SINCE THEN!
