    To respond to everyone at once:

    Today I deadlift 400#

    I weighed like 165# in the video at 5'9... I've got stupid skinny arms and the legs of a 220# guy.  Why I don't know, but that's the way it is...

  • lol insulting his form is a bit nit picky, looked almost perfect to me, which refelcts his ability to lift that weight at his size

  • The weight is too much for you and you're compromising form. You're pulling with your lower back rather than driving more with your hips in combination.

  • I would try to sit a little lower into the weight before lifting. Also try to save the hip extension until the bar reaches your knees.
