I'm surprised because I have been under the impression that although many Blacks are very clever I had thought that most weren't interested in knowing about the more serious and controversial aspects of our daily existence. my take on the silver ( or gold ) procurement is that you want to have silver in-hand, rather than paper that is supposed to *represent* silver ( or gold) When the dollar system collapses, folks holding silver and gold will want their assets in hand-most holders of paper won't be able to get it. Get the precious metals in your hand- go to your coin dealer and tell him you want to buy- he'll help you out!
