@preciousminx1 it's because a lot of pitbulls are aggressive, because typically they are bread as guard dogs & so aren't given a lot of love & attention. the same goes for rockwilers. i think that with any dog, if they grow up with loving owners & get heaps of attention & are around people a lot, they aren't going to be aggressive.
the problem with pitbulls is that when they are aggressive & do bite, their jaws lock, so you're pretty much helpless to stop them.
@TheBgoz as a side note, my mate used 2 work 4 a guy who sold hot rods who bought a pitbull as a guarddog 4 his shop. 2 make her aggressive, he used 2 beat the crap outta her & neglect her. when he closed down the store, he was going 2 get the dog put down, but my mate took her instead. now shes the most adorable dog ever & will cum up & snuggle with u on the sofa. however, if anyone broke in or is aggressive towards my mate, she growls with her fangs out, but only coz shes being protective.

Very cute and friendly dog :) It's good that it's used to other animals and likes to play. See, some people keep dogs and animals in the backyard and house only and leave it closed off to society, this causes them to be defensive over everything it see's when it actually DOES go out one day with you. I had a pit and a Guinea, they were great mates. Spent together, slept together, went on walks together. Sadly our Pit died and so did our Guinea. We can get another Guinea and have got another 2 but Pits are sadly banned in England now.

Mixing small animals such as guinea pigs with other (particularly larger or predatory species) is NOT reccomended no matter how much you trust your animal. Besides even if it didnt hurt it, dogs and other animals sometimes carry parasites that dont affect them but can kill a guinea pig.

Not very smart I learned my lesson with introducing other animals the hard way. I let my guinea pig meet my rabbit. I got lucky though my guinea pig bit my rabbit the injury was only a minor bite.. Never again ever will I introduce two completely different animals to eachother. And in this case the pit bull is a natural predator to the guinea pig. And please don't tell me predator instincts will never kick in all because they get along. You can't erase an animals predatory instincts.

we used to have a pit bull until it got out and a speeding driver hit it him,. they are very nice dogs if you train them right. my pit bull was only 9 months old when he got hit and died. he was very lovable and liked my guinea pig. he used to lick her and love up on her(: this video is very cute by the way

I mean, the entire idea is ridiculous. A dog is aggressive toward anything because it learns to be that way by a trainer of some sort.

@Craznikk All right, than explain how dogs from duck hunting lines already know how to retrieve; spaniels are born knowing how to point. Dogs DO have bred-in behaviors, to suggest otherwise is ignorance. Aggression is one of those traits.

@quarterpastcrazy The pitbull is a terrier. All terriers have the desire to chase animals and feel reinforced by killing that animal, its in their blood. Just as it is in their blood to look up to people. Aggression really has nothing to do with it. Every breed of dog has aggression in them. I have found that most small breed dogs have much more aggressive tendancies toward people that is. Just dont confuse animal aggression with people aggression is what im getting at.

@SeafoamStymphalian Pit Bulls are much less aggressive than people. Why dont you euthanize every person who shows signs of people aggression? If you do that, you will probably stop having problems with Pit Bulls as well because they wont have anyone to learn aggression from.

Mixing small animals such as guinea pigs with other (particularly larger or predatory species) is NOT reccomended no matter how much you trust your animal. Besides even if it didnt hurt it, dogs and other animals sometimes carry parasites that dont affect them but can kill a guinea pig.

Not very smart I learned my lesson with introducing other animals the hard way. I let my guinea pig meet my rabbit. I got lucky though my guinea pig bit my rabbit the injury was only a minor bite.. Never again ever will I introduce two completely different animals to eachother. And in this case the pit bull is a natural predator to the guinea pig. And please don't tell me predator instincts will never kick in all because they get along. You can't erase an animals predatory instincts.

we used to have a pit bull until it got out and a speeding driver hit it him,. they are very nice dogs if you train them right. my pit bull was only 9 months old when he got hit and died. he was very lovable and liked my guinea pig. he used to lick her and love up on her(: this video is very cute by the way

After seeing this, its makes me hate bitbull=haters even more. Its the owners fault if a dog kills so "putting down" (or as i call it, murder) and pitbull because they attacked a human is digursting. On the news once a putbull was shot and killed by the police simply because it was a pittbull. It have done nothing wrong. Besides humans do far werse to animals thean what animals do to humans
