works perfectly on HTC Touch HD including Live TV but only by clicking play again after it doesnt work the first time

hi guys i got a touch HD 1 week old when it goes to streaming media screen it buffers but it is a blank screen (u can see the green bar moving at bottom but blank screen) PLEASE HELP
