thanks for the wonderful work you guys did out there a few days ago. Because of the strainer removal and hard work I was able to enjoy this river without any issues yesterday. The water was muddy but believe me when I say it was fast compared to its normal state. Thanks again for the work you guys did to the Etowah it never goes unappreciated. as they say leave the river cleaner than it was before you arrived :D
I'm new to kayaking, live up in Gainesville, Ga. I'm really enjoying all your videos and your blog. May I ask what kind of video camera you are using now and where you mount it when you are paddling?
@hawkrider88 Thanks...I used a sanyo xacti vpc wh1 waterproof camcorder. I didn't mount the camera for this video. I have since rigged up a small, flexible tripod that I purchased from target and place it on the decking of my kayak. It works well. Check out the GA Canoeing Assn, which is the group that I video most. They have a lot of fun trips in your area.
Great video Jamie, you are getting really good. Liked the addition of the plane and fish..very nice. My favorite part was the tree cutting, wondered how long before they gave up HA!
