Actually it's not. The footage used for this video is all from Stand Alone Complex. That scene is from episode 22 - "Scandal", when the Major and The Laughing Man connect. Funny detail, the score for that scene is "Flashback Momory Plug" wich is an acapella version of "Inner Universe".

I really enjoyed Ghost In The Shell, and that bad-ass lookin' babe cyborg, million-dollar-woman kinda stuff. I always thought that was bad-ass how they could communicate between themselves across great distances without ever needing cellular hand gadgets, like mental telepathy. I miss watching it and only get to see it once in a while. No other anime matches the quality and story line.

I think i have standalone complex, lot of times i thinked in going to live in forest. The standalone complex that refers in the anima is explained in chapter 25
