I would like to see the entire work posted here as well. As my "Declaration Of Independence" from the Catholic Church, I have seriously considered setting this same text myself at some point - knowing, of course, that it could scarcely hit the same heights as the great Delius! This is sometimes called the "Pagan" Requiem - hence my aforementioned desire to make a setting of it. "God" is in nature, not in the four walls and moribund rituals of a power-hungry, heirarchical church.
If this isn't music of the present day, I don't know what is.
