@bratzfanlover1012 no he didn't. he took all the sides together and added them together for the perm. and he took the base which was 12 and multiplied it by 5 then divided it by two to get thirty a second time for the area.

Same basic idea as finding the area of a Rectangle except cutting it in half at the end. Makes sense.
