man i wish ama supercross was still 2 strokes...Watching the 2 strokes was actually worth watching on tv, now all u here is the deep low sound of a 4 stroke...i love 4 strokes but 2 stokes are way better in my opinion.

first day i got more clutch dirtbike i rode for 3 hours in the back yard then on that saterday went trail riding with my dad for 6 7 hours stright and i still learing clutch talk about fun!

If wanting a 2 stroke i would reccomend a 125 or a 250 or something like that. the more cc the harder to kickstart it XD my uncle had a 500cc man it was a hell to kickstart it. my 250 was a bit hard to in the beginning when i han no muscles in my legs but now it starts on first try

dude, a 2 stroke and 4 stroke CAN have the same power if you have the right mods and gearing!

my kx250 two stroke has the same amount of torque as a crf450r. thats because all the mods. so it is possible to have a 2 stroke with a ton of torque and lowend as a 4 stroke, plus. 250 two stroke max power at 8,000rpms. 450r max power at 8,000 rpms. 125 two stroke power at 11,000 rpm, go figure :)

no they cant have the same amount of power. Two strokes will always have much more power than a four stroke. 250f vs 250 two stroke no comparison. The only reason people compare 450 and 250 is cuz of ama rules. But cc for cc two strokes make much more power.

ya to some people think 2 strokes suck because they take skill to ride well. you always have to be in the right gear and in the power band if your not your done or going very slowly. thats why people like 4 strokes so much no skill required who cares if you miss a gear it got enough torque to keep going.

i agree. thats why i like 4 stroke cause there easy to handle and you have a lot more control. i've done some hill climbs with 2 strokes and its impossible to do it if your not in the powerband, but with my kx250f i can go up them much easier.

ya hill climbs with 2 srokes are tricky if your not used to them but i find 2 stroke way more fun to ride just because of the skill required to ride them. and i love the hard hit of the power band.

awesome dude. thats one thing i don't like about 2 strokes is the powerband. i like power right when i hit the throttle. 4 strokes feel easier to jump on too because i can control them in the air easier..

4 strokes dont have power like a 2 stroke. the power band almost pulls you right off the bike. i havnt ridden a 450 but a 250f doesnt have the power i like in my opinion.
