@TKDWPman Animals were used for sacrifices in the Old Testament, and today we use them for Food, clothing, companionship, hunting, etc. et al. I don't see why this is a hard question. Science will always explain the natural world, but it can never explain the spiritual world, or the supernatural. If your a skeptic I suggest you read the book The Language of God by Francis Collins, hes the leading scientist in the world who founded the Human Genome project and turned to faith because of the evidence.

But what your doing is identifying a Moral law that categorizes Good and Evil, and your putting God in the evil category because you don't understand the concept of Hell. Jesus described Hell as eternal separation from God, its not God torturing you. No good can come from being completely separated.

As a former agnostic I say that is a VERY important question.. However, we are dealing with two distinct questions here 1)Did the universe have a Creator or did it just happen and after it just happened- develop the precise natural laws which are present in a ordered fashion that allow for our existence? 2) Has such a creator revealed his will to humanity, if so how? Here's when it get's complex and sometimes confusing?

@reppin116 in some parts of the videos it did feel like a personal attack on said Christians, however he came up with valid arguments against them, not in a way that he stated 'god isn't real' but rather uncovering a truth in which P4CM had not told the truth about or twisted the words of credited evolutionary scientists. I've read the scripture many times, mostly because I had to for school. I grew up in Israel, and over there they teach us the bible in a way that covers the religious views but puts an emphasis on the critical views on it. Some of these comments give me a real chuckle. Some of you are saying that if God doesn't exist, that serving a factitious God would have been a complete waste of time. But when we die and we pass into the "afterlife" or "purgatory" do you think we would dwell on the thought that we should have had smoked more weed? Christ does not condemn for wrongful acts, it's when you blantantly commit them and refuse to acknowledge them. That is repentance. Read Revelations and then form an idea.

As a former agnostic I say that is a VERY important question.. However, we are dealing with two distinct questions here 1)Did the universe have a Creator or did it just happen and after it just happened- develop the precise natural laws which are present in a ordered fashion that allow for our existence? 2) Has such a creator revealed his will to humanity, if so how? Here's when it get's complex and sometimes confusing?
However the initial question is more important.

The bible says that life on earth started in the water and produced living creatures. The bible was written a long time ago, before scientists came up with the idea of evolution. As our knowledge in science expands it only proves and compliments the bibles teachings. God used science to create everything that exists. Our knowledge of science is not perfect and changes all the time.

No, the bible says God made man, Adam, in his image out of dirt. In the Hebrew text it is even used to explain Adam's name. In Hebrew the word ground is Adama (אדמה).

I've read the scripture many times, mostly because I had to for school. I grew up in Israel, and over there they teach us the bible in a way that covers the religious views but puts an emphasis on the critical views on it. Anyway, my point is that if you say the bible mentions evolution how is it that creation only took 7 day? Evolution is meant to be millions of years. You can't say that THAT part of it is made ironically while other parts don't unless you find specific distinction.

I don't remember the specifics right now, but it was either a blood clot that could shoot up to her heart and kill her or just necrosis that could spread higher and kill her just as well.

Im so glad you said that! So instead of going against Those who belive in God (Generalizin) do what i do and use your smarts, which you have, and go after all the falls profits. Use the bible which you know backwards and forward againts them and help bring the trueth to light. Weather there is a God or not you can still pinpoint out the heretics. those who take the word and twist it for personal gain.

I don't go against your concept of god. I don't give two shits about that.
What I do care about is when you use your beliefs to push certain agendas that affect others. People who come and push their religion into the pledge of allegiance for example or "In God We Trust" on the money. That is indoctrination.
Also, why is blind faith held in such regard? Why isn't intelligent reasoning and actual enlightenment from proven knowledge more important?
That's my problem with any religion.

Everything IS a belief! "Nothing is unless thinking makes it so". Even "Intelegent reasoning". The only thing that is certain is change. everything changes especially our beliefs. Like science. Scientists beived that a cell was the smallest living organism untill they split it. their belief and knowledge changed... you wer'nt always an atheist! And yeah its too bad Cristians beat atheists to the punch and found America, but everyone has the right to leave if they don't like it.

1. A cell is the smallest form of life known on earth. If you were referring to a Virus then you should know that it doesn't have all of the qualification to be defined as a living organism, because it doesn't metabolize.

furthermore, are'nt you doing the same, are'nt we all? We impose our belief's on others in order to change, bring to lite, to inspire, make conversation etc... The big differnce is that some of us can live w/ the "lets agree to dis agree" and lern a little from the conversation others cant and they allow their emotions take control for example using faul language.

Honestly, if people keep their beliefs to themselves - have fun.
But when people start pushing us back to the dark ages by saying that progress is bad, and by taking credit for things they don't deserve credit for (like morals), and by pushing their own agenda onto people who won't have it, like this whole evolution-creation thing.
In the scientific community there is no controversy on the subject of evolution as a whole. It is accepted as fact, through the explanations of its theory.

Because the wise man knows their is much he can still learn, while the ignorant man has reached his limit! So give blind faith a chance, renaunce everything you know and ask God for guidance. Its not as easy as you think, but challenge yourself honestly. What do you have to loose.If nothing changes you can always go back, right. We'll call it a growth project, you know for fun.

I'm sorry, but that sentence sounds very contradictory to what one should do what admitting his own ignorance. I'm not going to lie, I know I don't know most things. No scientist or atheist will tell you that they do know anything. It is the religious who say they have all of the answers, and that they all come from God.

@Mightyafrowhitey I can clearly think for myself and see something go up and come down under the gravitational law. Reproduction laws prove fruit (species)bears fruit after its kind... apple trees don't produce oranges etc. Man brings forth offspring after the same manner. That's tangible proof. Now show me a creature of one species evolving into another... that is why scientist are still "trying to flesh out how it works."

I always find it amusing when people say darwin just kinda guessed at the whole evolution thing. the man spent 10 years researching the subject, and gathering facts and data, before he finally published his book the origin of species.

Lets give darwin the benifit of the dought. If the bible were written scientifically would these evolved man-apes understand science? NO. So what if evolution was one elements God used to create everything., evolution does not disprove God. So maybe the Bible was written so that everyone (even atheists) could understand it. Example:When it says that he created all vegitation, does it explain how? No. I think it's called Lamens term. So that even atheists could understand.

@maverik713 Even Devils and Demons have confessed that God is Real in this present day and time. Funny thing Atheists would go through all the trouble researching a bit of detail to contradict the Bible. If humans had every answer to the Bible, Whats the point of Christianity. God is a whole type of being than us. His way of thinking is different from ours so while you try to question God, even if he told you the answer, u will never understand it. So its a matter of believing.
