Little Venice Property Hunters Guide - Maida Vale, London

I lived in Little Venice for 28 years, Maida Vale is a very close neighbourhood, right on it's doorstep infact. LV itself is not very big, but it is beautiful. Maida Vale does have a smattering of council and housing estates ( some on the rough side ) and is broke down into Maida Vale and Maida Hill.

One of the worst estates ( or it was, at least ) is the Amberley Estate just off of the Harrow Road. I have a feeling the estate agents won't ever mention that place!!

estate agencys are the biggest crooks and assholes int he world. i advise anyone who is buying a property to go directly to the seller and negotiate with them trust me you will get a much better price and the seller will benefir too. MY ADVISE IS TO KNOCK OUT THE MIDDLE MAN AND THATS THE ASSHOLES ESTATE AGENCYS.
