The United Nations was created to bring peace to the world and prevent another world war. This was a consecuence of the horrors of World War II and the fall of the League of Nations. It was not created only for Korea, which had issues way later after the establishment of the UN. Japan, right now, should be careful with them, for their missile tests are too close to Japan, and too awkward to be experimental.
