For your monitor...anything by samsung, they have just released a T2XX series of the syncmaster range, the T240 is the 24 inch but it is veeeeery expensive (for me anyway) I had to save up a few weeks for mine. Worth every penny though. Punch in samsung T240 for google and check that bad boy out :D

A zalman 9500 is awesome. Iv'e seen ppl overclock their Q6600 to 3,6ghz and beyond. I have mine at3,0 bacause i have stock cooler :DWell,hope ihelped.
