@coaesf It isn't technically a connection, but one waiting to be born. SYN_SENT means that a program on your PC has made a request for TCP communication to another computer, but has not yet received an acknowledgment.

@halospartan32 check your installed programs for a radio program it could be set up to pop up at a certain time but if you are trying to get rid of it find the name search it up in computer and then delete it from there or you can go into your program files if on xp and program files 62/82 something like that on vista and find the file there and delete it or you could have a linking virus which means what ever they do it connects to your pc even if you dont have that program

They can hack your IP address if it's static but most IP addresses are dynamic meaning you get an IP address from you Internet provider every time you log in and they route everything to you, if you have a static (none changing) IP address contact your Internet provider and have them change it.
