OMG how much time it took me to figure out on my own I need to shoot him in the belly, then the head, and when he gets on that platform- to shoot the clamps... I thought I had to make him somehow hit those clamps instead of just shooting it...

But yeah, otherwise he's really easy... I'm playing hardcore and I'm having some hard time with the Theron Guards in the pump station... Grrrr

it really wasnt 8 shots because he used the gnasher its a shotgun it fires multiple rounds per bullet it does a lot more damage and he was up close
