The band is called Ancient Rites and that's them performing at, what I believe to be, the After Dark Festival in Belgium in 1994.

I highly recommend the 'Concrete' demo album from 1991, and 'Soul of a New Machine'. Very Industrial/Death Metal sounding. They were heavily inspired by the likes of Napalm Death and Suffocation. Not to mention the Ministry influence, and the Pantera groove-laden infusion.

Funnily enough, I once read that they sent their demo off to Digby Pierceson from Earache, hoping to get a record deal. He said no, due to the fact that they sounded too much like Napalm Death. Haha.
