Americans pay per capita over $7,000 dollars per year on health care, Scandinavians little to none out of pocket (already taxed at half or less that amount on average). in Das Kapital Marx wrote about a political phenomena. That the exploitative nature of capitalism will result in a revolution of the exploited classes who will insist in having a say in the ownership/organisation of capital and their own lives. Actually, Marx himself never killed or harmed anyone. The true blame lies with Lenin, for inventing the concept of the "vanguard party", an undemocratic and unaccountable conspiratorial power structure.
