  • Seems like a great system, don't forget to ask if there were any claims on this property, a claim can make it very hard for a prospective buyer to buy the home. The new insurance policy could possibly be raised 35-50% for three years for a claim. If you want more ideas to make the process easier call me. Farmers Insurance will write a property with a claim where most companies might not. Know though that your rates would be higher.
