One question, what if some information is missing if many deaf people did not fill out Census ?? I am just wondering ??

California have barely over 1 millions of people with some kind of hearing difficulty? I've read that just Los Angelos has that many - about 1 millions of people with some hearing difficult! So, it is way off, especially for the whole state.

Profound deaf, or born deafness, or early deaf (under age8)
EXCEPT late deaf, or HoH (hearing radio, or phone..), or IC
I think aound 0.01%!! in USA., or about 100,000 Deaf. (NOT 10 millions!)
