@SunsunPage well Lily and Keith met through his sister Julia but it took some time before they got to this weird marriage part. And that had nothing to do with Holden actually.. Holden left his family for Julia but she was killed and then both he and Lily was single.. Lily is just being a bit superstitious

Hum... well if I was in a hospital gowns going back home, I would definitively change like he did at 7h15 while Lily was outside. It doesn't take 40 minutes to put up the only shirt you have to wear while in a hospital.

And as for 7h32, look closely, at the bottom of the stripped shirt, the blue shirt is there! He only putter a sweatshirt over it.

when luke contracted a kidney infection lily was desperate to find a doner....so keith (i think he and lily were involved a long time ago.) found a kidney on the black market in exchange for lily's hand. holden and lily were having problems so lily agreed, but then the spark was rekindled or whatever and now lily's in a pickle! hope this helps
