4 litre's are tough as it is, but for this type of power range I'd think maybe an atomic rebuild (rated to 950kw). Thanks be to everything good and holy for the 4 litre in-line six.

Thisso is a tuff as... xr6t bf UTE. Saw this at hitorque performance when i was getin my xr6t ute tuned.

Think it has a garret 42r? with external gate on himount manifold, fully built atomic motor, full 4inch exhaust, plenum, 5" intake with full plazmaman front mount intercooler system, fuel reg, surge tank and so much more. Fries tyres in all gears lol :P

It's a Turbonetics GTK1000. The latest model is water/oil cooled, ceramic bearing and HPC on the turbine housing all from factory. Run's out of puff before 1000hp but will get you into the 900's fairly easily.

25% is less 138rwkw. That's a lot less than factory. What drugs are you on dude? With the right combination of suspension, tyres and boost off the line, he'll put most of that down. Add a 9 inch and 4 link and he'll put all of it down and more. Now get off the drugs and get yourself a job.
