second all of you fuckers that say he is not playing correctly cus he is not using his pinky or the thumb is missplaced...shut the fuck up there is no strict way of how you should play a guitar as long you are doing it good.. hell you can strum with ur feet if you can and do tappings whith the nose if you like to.

You're very good... there are only a few problems with the technique.. mostly the fact that you're hardly using (if ever) your pinky finger and laying most of the work on the other three fingers.. also, the thumb should never stick out of the back of guitar on your left hand..

And while sitting the guitar is best put on the left leg, not the right one...

But bravo nonetheless!

Heh, I was just trying to be helpful... I am a guitar player as well and I tend to notice these mistakes, mostly because you can see the fingers juggling unevenly on the frets. If you don't correct this crap early on, you will have great trouble going on and getting even better. He's got potential, he shouldn't waste it.

@ctap105 Do you even know how to play the guitar? While playing you should always assign the 4 fingers of your left hand to 4 different frets at the same distance. This means that if you want to make a "jump" of 4 frets you use your pinky finger instead of the ring one. This is basic knowledge if you want to play the guitar well. Sure, you can play however you want to play, but you will never excel if you limit yourself like this.

@xMorgawr sure i know how to play, but look at it, he doesn't stretch his ring finger in this particular song...look at his other videos, he often uses it. you judged his technique based on one video...play this, you don't need your pinky nor do you stress your ring finger by over reaching....had he been going five or six frets apart, sure, i'd agree with your comment.....however, unless you have the hands of a tiny woman...ya don't need it

I would agree with what you've said if you can play even half as much as aniguitars does. I don't put much weight on stuffs like techniques or skills when it comes to appreciating guitar playing.
