This is a good reason for you to use your talents, looks and intelligence to be SUCCESSFUL. Don't settle for the "romantic" life any more. Get the money, become solvent and go for it. Keep IMPROVING and keep GROWING and keep your salary going up. It's the only way.
Maybe start your own business!! Be OPEN.
And God bless. You're not alone. I'm feeling GUILTY WITH YOU!!
But the whole country is in this same situation...we spent too much.
THANKS for making this video. That was brave of you. Your information was good.
I'M now recently bankrupt. What I deal with most is the GUILT...the GUILT. So I know how you feel.
But hang in there. Before you know it, they will be giving you more credit.
AND REMEMBER... this country paid a trillion dollars to get the credit companies out of hock! So we're all guilty. But sharing this will save someone else.
Plus RELATIVES are partly to blame for my debt too.
We are not all born with a silver spoon in our mouth. I know what your going through I had to file also, mine was $22,000 and I lost my job and tried to pay them off but it's hard when your making $23 an hour and then get a job that pays
you $7.50. It'll take you about 7 years to get your credit back on track. Gian it if makes you feel better over 1 million people filed for bankruptcy last year, hey big companies that made billions file so hang in there buddy. Peace
wassup bro... i am workin with my debt too around $2000 in credit and student loans that fucked mine up lol..... hopefully u can find something that works for you and you feel comfortable doing... good luck bro
i think it is reprehensible that the credit card companies prey on really young people like you. CC companies are always on college campuses trying to entice young people. when you are really young, you haven't learned yet how to manage money effectively~ if no one taught you, how are you supposed to know. my advice is forgive yourself completely for making a mistake and be glad it happened when you were really young bc by the time you are 33(which is still young), this will be wiped away.
Wow, this is something I've had on my mind of late. My level of debt has been getting worse but not anywhere near what yours hit. My heart goes out buddy. Chin up mate.
I've been on a youtube break. Just getting back on. blackgriot said it best: "bankruptcy is a legal option to provide relief when you need it; you can and will recover from it ...it is not a moral statement..."
Thanks, Cal. I know you've been really busy and keeping yourself moving. I thought I'd tell you that I really appreciate you taking the time to hear me out.
I"m sorry to hear of what has been going on recently. I really just hope that you not let it all get you down. Things have a way of picking up and I'm sure you will be just fine.
I wish you all the best and if you ever need to chat, you can always count on knowing I'll support you!
hey Gian, dont be ashamed or feel bad about this. Its call bankruptcy protection for a reason. Its so that bill collectors cant take the money you make that you would need to feed and cloth and provide shelter for yourself. Because if you dont do anything thats what will happen. look at it as a way for you to take back control of your business affairs. Companies do this all the time. They file bankruptcy close up shop and start over again. its business, dont take it personal.
Yeah, it just sucks to have to go through this, ya know? I'm taking it day by day, but I'm sure I'll get back to speed when this is all done and over with.
Gian I am sorry you are going through this time! It will get better and it will only make you stronger to make the right decisions next time. Let me know if you need anything.
Thanks for sharing your situation with the rest of us! Sharing means learning and hopefully someone else won't make the same mistake!

Thank you so much for that. This is DEFINITELY a lesson learned, and in a way - I'm glad to be going through this at this point in my life.
Regardless, it sucks. I let it happen.
