  • your style and grace is incredible, your choice in music is wonderful as well. might i suggest an artist [my fav] Celldweller. He's a one man band, he plays all the instruments and remixes and produces everything himself. He's popular in movies and video games or trailers. great music.

great art. im trying to get the strength to dance better, its coming along well!!

  • oh fuck

  • Dem fucking stomach muscles. You have very impressive moves!

  • You know I have never really fancied pole dancing before..but you make it quite beautiful . <3

  • I am a straight woman... but that was fricken hot! I don't have the upper body strength for something like this... it should be an olympic sport if you ask me!

  • Do you use a spinning or fixed pole?

  • the people who clicked dislike on this vid should have their clicker finger removed.

  • alethea, the way you dance is absolutely stunning, but i would like to congratulate here for the wonderful music you chose for your performances, it's obvious you have very good taste! metal, which is my favourite kind of music, perfectly matches your dancing. once again, congratulations tiger!

  • mad skills you got it goin on

  • amazing I love to see pole dancers. the helicopter, the sad girl drop and many other tricks and moves I also love to go to strip clubs and watch them pole dance its amazing its a gift, yes I am jealous hehe good job!

  • You are such a great dancer because you have your own style, please keep on loading videos, even though it's just practice to you, or even if you are tired when you dance it; because it comes out great and for the ones who watch it it's art.

I learn a lot from you just watching.

  • The first time I ever watched this vid I couldnt because of how much I didnt like the song. Now its one of my fav songs to dance to also ^.^ totally grew on me

  • What song is this?

  • @nycminxie A Perfect Circle - Counting Bodies, its another version of A Perfect Circle - Pet

  • when do you stop bruising??? my skin is so sensitive to the gripping, even thru boots!! (i'm a beginner)

  • @DncnLdy It really depends. You could stop bruising in a week, it could be months. I'm an exotic dancer and if I take even a week's break, I bruise for two when I come back. And then there are some bruises that just never stop happening, like my knees.

  • i absolutely love you, and learn so much from you, and the fact that you use songs by a perfect circle, alice in chains and chevelle.. ohhh my god. just amazing.

  • OMG this is my jam!

  • This is my favorite song to dance to "Layla"

  • vem para o brazil fazer uma apresentação dessas.

Adoro seus videos. não são vulgar

    muito sexy. parabéns pelo trabalho

  • ...Alethea, you make the movements look effortless and exotic. You have such talent and combine the music well with what you do. I think you should get the filming more sharp....and you need to add many more on here. You encourage women to really explore their bodies and to get into dance. i have done a lot of martial arts, boxing, weights and always wanted to do some pole dancing. Do you recommend anyone in the UK? All the best, foxy

  • f n awesome. she has that true exotic dancer flow. remember those days total connecton with mnd body and soul. she has got it. i have not seen that amuch art in years. i am in awe

  • Just amazing!!! and you like APC as well!! HELL YEAH!!!!!! :) Teach me!! lol

  • to quote the late and great Chris Farley: THAT.... WAS..... AWWSOOMMME!

  • Absolutely fantastic! When it finished I realised I was being looked at rather oddly by work colleagues since I had that mesmerised look on my face!! Maybe work isnt the place to check out You Tube! Lol. xx

    Charles & Marry from AR...

  • Amazing as usual!! What's the name of this song?

  • Alethea is by far one of the most amazing pole dancers I've ever seen. I love her style and grace! (the name of the song is counting bodies like sheep, anyways)

    take care...

  • Wow. Great transitions, and I love how your personal style is expressed throughout the moves. The handstand around 2:58 with the leg pump was so good I had to rewind the video and watch it again. If I'm ever in Hollywood I'll stop by.

  • you are so amazing and inspiring! great music as always!!!

  • you are so gooy i love it i wish you werent so far :(

  • You just inspired me to sign up for a beginners class at BeSpun... I'm a past student of another studio here in L.A., and YOUR dancing is simply phenomenal. Athletic AND feminine and sexy all in one. Unreal...

  • Your dancing is incredible

  • My bf and I bought a pole and I really have problems gripping when I hang. do you think it's a matter of strength or am I missing something? one girl said I need to LOOSEN my grip...? can you help?

  • It's really hard to say with out seeing what you mean. Loosening grip /more like controlling your grip! is how we spin and slide. So if you were trying to slide while upsidown there is also usually another part of body ankle thigh hip ect in contact with pole for Stability, enabling you to control your hand grip. Strength is a huge part and there are lots of steps to get to that big trick!

I offer personal tutorials, and can do them over youtube, send me a message if you want more info.!

    XO

  • wow this is some crazy shit the best ive seen and kick ass music too

  • i love watching you. so much more interesting and entrancing to watch someone who is not only good with the pole moves, but actually has some rythm (and taste in music, lol)

  • thanks! and thanks for subscribing.. that's part of my love affair with pole, i can dance to whatever i want, the way i wanna dance to it ; )

  • what a great song for pole dancing!!

  • You are built, girl! Fantastic!! 10 stars!!!

  • It's the transition from move to move as well as the controlled strength that makes this so enjoyable to watch... seamless. Thanks for the foam roller tip will be sure to keep stretching and try that. Hope to see more posts soon. Jacqui

  • Your freakin awesome

  • Nice work.

  • I really like the way you hold a pose long enough to really watch it. People don't do that enough. I'm working on it.

  • thanks for noticing, that's one of the things i try to do and teach. . 1 2 3 ; )

  • PS: I recommended your studio to a friend of mine who is in LA. She is ridiculously flexible and her name is Martina so you'll know if you meet her :)

  • Definitly agree with you on the choice of music :) You are so lovely to watch, looks to me like your background is in dance, am I right? Wish I was that flexible, sadly even 15 years of ballet couldn't do it...! Wish I was still in LA to take class from you!

  • gymnastics from birth. but i'm part russian too that probably helps. genetics. As for classes, thanks for recommending me!

  • that omg amazing!

  • i love it so hard...nice work alethea. your back flexibility is stellar and you have great musicality

  • Well, hun, I'm glad this vid finally uploaded! It was well worth the wait to see your fabulous moves! Still totally jealous of your physique and strength! Rock those splits!

  • thank you! i stretch everyday even if i'm not working out. It actually helps me relax for bed..

  • do you warm up even if you're not working out? I'm always worried that if I stretch without working out beforehands I pull something...

  • you should always warms up and stretch the muscles even if you consider it a "non-workout"

  • You look so graceful Alethea! You look beautiful.

    Happy New Year!

    xoxo

    Yummy

  • love the whole sequence fom 3:15 - 3:30.. Great floorwork too!! The last move into the split was kool, i wish i could do splits. Kick ass song choice too!! i love APC..!

  • thanks!

I do my splits every day and use a foam roller, under my front ankle. The minute you take it away your splits will be much flatter on the floor.

That move at 3:15-3:30 looks so much better from the side!! i will have to reshoot it soon..

    xo

  • amazing vid!

  • A five-star performance as always.

    Cheers...

  • OMG that was fantastic. Your so flexible. Your moves are very strong yet gracefull. And who can resist a gal in pigtails.

  • lovely! Very strong and controlled moves! beautiful, alethea, keep 'em coming!

  • Great vid! Could you tell me the name of the song?

  • the song is A Perfect Circle - Counting Bodies Like Sheep it's Maynard from Tool's other band
