Oh hell yeah. I don't kayak but I do fish from a FishCat (one of the duel pontoon types) in Newport Oregon out around the jetty for rockfish. What a blast. It's a narrow jetty so I have to share it with the trawlers but that is fine with me. Your just pulling up a ling right now...... oooo nice fish!! Anyhow, great fun great vid!

There are lots of great boats out there, try as many as possible and find the one that fits your needs and style. I recently switched to an Ocean Kayak Trident and I am loving it.
