If the woman in the video is scared of becoming boring because she might not be able to drink in the same way etc,then she probably has other issues that need to be dealt with as well as smoking. There are thousands of other things to do apart from smoking and drinking, with or without friends. Do not rely on the help of anybody, ultimately it is up to the strength of character of the individual. Hopefully she has been able to give up. Is it nearly "a year on " ?
