And by time they were able to in 1996 all the evidence was inconclusive even though we knew who did it. And if Clinton did his job and got them when they bomed the U.S.S. Cole, this wouldn't have happened. It's Bill Clintons fault. and who is Bill Clinton, a Democrat.
