  • You can also start the normal way with your feet and then use your knees the way you are when cant manage anymore the normal way. Good for getting another few reps out. :)

I do have less muscle because I'm not training so aggressively, but stay tuned! I'm hitting the gym for a new @anytimefitness challenge in January! xo
