The case was filed on August 21, 2008. Obama has been dragging it on which enforces the claims. Not to mention all the documents/records related to Obama's school years have not been released either. It's kinda shady that he wants to hide everything.

If Philip Berg is lying, and this could possibly destroy Barack's candidacy, why have the DNC and the Obama Campaign not sued him for libel?

I know if these "vicious rumors" were being published about me, and I had nothing to hide in a court of law I would have sued for libel the day Berg presented this suit.

Instead the DNC and Obama decided to file an injunction to avoid having to prove the unprovable which would ultimately lead to the absolute destruction of the Democratic Party.
